I love litting heavy weight just as much as the other meatheads at the Weight club, but I know how intimidating that place can be and how annoying it can be for anyone interested in general fitness to get a bench or keep some personal distance in a place like that.

Planet Fitness is an interesting place. people go in, get a quick workout in, and leave. It isn't that social cluster a typical gym becomes, when guys do a set, sit on the bench and scroll their phone, or chat up other guys for five minutes, all while maintaining ownership of said bench or machine.

I've got a gym at work for heavy lifts, or Olympic stuff... but also go to planet fitness for a quick cardio machine workout or quick body-weight or dumbbell exercises if I need to work something in. The place is actually a great deal if you use it like that. And seriously, there is no messin around. People are in and out.
